Can I see the tool before committing?

Yes. Request a demo: we'll walk you through Planifast and can set up an evaluation space with your data. No commitment, cancel anytime.

What is a user?

Anyone with an active account: employees, managers, HR administrators. Disabled accounts are not counted in billing.

Can I add or remove modules at any time?

Yes, at any time. Contact us and we'll adjust your configuration immediately.

Are there any setup fees?

Basic configuration is included. If you have existing Excel files (leave, balances), we'll import them for you, included in the initial onboarding.

What happens if I stop?

Cancel without notice. Your data remains exportable as Excel for 30 days, then permanently deleted in accordance with GDPR.
