The first module, whichever it is, costs €5 per active employee per month, core platform included. Each added module costs €2. There is no bundle you have to take as a whole.

Before you start
Can I see Planifast before subscribing?
Yes, I give you a demo using cases close to yours. An evaluation period can then be offered depending on your project.
Who counts as an active employee?
Anyone with an active account during the month. A deactivated account or an employee who has not started yet is not billed.
Can I add or remove a module?
Yes, at any time. The price adjusts to the active modules.
What does set-up include?
Configuring your workspace with you (teams, managers, rules, modules), importing your employees and getting you started. Its price depends on your scope and is stated in the quote.
How does the commitment work?
The contract has no minimum term. It can be ended at any time with 3 months notice. Your data can be exported to Excel for 30 days after the contract ends, then it is deleted.
How am I billed?
Every month, based on the number of active employees in the previous month. Prices exclude VAT.
